Prix/awards lors du congrès :
- Dr Maxim Caron Goudreau (résident) sous le mentorat de Dre Ariane Clairoux (PI, HMR-CEMTL) et Dr Alex Moore (co-PI, CHUM) a remporté le prix suivant : « abstract #123, award for the Best Abstract in Regional Anaesthesia and Acute Pain». Pour le projet intitulé : « Erector spinae block (ESP) as analgesic technique for video-assisted thoracoscopy surgery (VATS): a randomized-controlled bicentric study. Caron-Goudreau M, Clairoux A, Moore A, Soucy-Proulx M, Tanoubi I, You An T, Brulotte V, Bélanger ME, Raft J, Godin N, Idrissi M, Fortier A, Richebé P”. Félicitations à toute l’équipe!
- Dr Louis Morisson (moniteur clinique, HMR-CEMTL), a remporté le prix suivant : « award for the best abstract in the Critical Care section ». Pour le projet intitulé : « Development and validation of a machine-learning algorithm to predict rescue ECMO implantation after post-cardiotomy low cardiac output syndrome. Morisson L, Duceau B, Laferrière-Langlois P, Richebé P, Provenchère S, Bouglé A ». Félicitations à toute l’équipe !
- Dr André Denault a reçu cette année 2022, le prix suivant : « Research Recognition Award » à la cérémonie des remises des prix que vous verrez listés dans la photo ci-dessous. Félicitations Dr Denault et merci pour tous vos accomplissements durant votre carrière qui n’ont eu de cesse de faire rayonner notre département!
Subventions/grants de recherche de la CARF/CAS :
Cinq demandes émanaient de notre département UdeM, soit environ 20% des demandes pan-canadiennes. Félicitations à toutes/tous les applicants pour l’excellence de leur travail et leurs efforts! Deux ont reçus une subvention du RAC/CAS/CARF :
Dr David Ogez (PI; PhD et psychologue, HMR-CEMTL) et Dre Rebecca-Joy Dubé (co-PI; HSJ) avec les co-applicants Dre G Coté, Dr P Richebé, Dr P Rainville, Dr M Landry, A De Chanterac, ont reçu la subvention suivante : « Open Grants – CAS research award in memory of Adrienne Cheng” remise par le Research Advisory Committee (RAC) du CAS et de la CARF (Canadian Anesthesia Research Foundation). 10K$ pour une année, titre du projet : « Evaluation of hypnotic techniques for pain management during lumbar punctures in pediatric hematology-oncology ».
Dr Philippe Richebé (PI; HMR-CEMTL) et les co-applicants Dr L Morisson, Dr P Laferrière-Langlois, Dr FM Carrier, Dre G Pagé, Dr C Godbout, Dr LP Fortier, Dr D Ogez, Dr G Letourneau, Dre S Jarry, Dr A Denault, A Fortier, Dre MC Guertin, Dr O Verdonck, ont reçu la subvention suivante : « Open Grants – Dr A Gordon Research Award ». 20K$ pour une année, titre du projet : “Effect of electroencephalography-guided anesthesia on neurocognitive disorders in elderly patients undergoing major non-cardiac surgery: a randomized clinical trial. The POEGEA study (POncd Elderly GEneral Anesthesia)”.
